We are committed to improve the quality of seniors and families lives by identifying and recommending the customized housing options for each individual senior. HOME will use its expertise and knowledge of the senior housing arena to make referrals that will offer its clients security, dignity, expert services and compassionate care in the communities represented.
Our goal is to keep the senior at home until they are unsafe or they cannot afford the cost of in-home care. Assisted Living is always more cost effective than paying for In-Home Care. In fact, about 1/4th to 1/3rd the cost. The facilities we recommend are non-institutional settings (such as skilled nursing, health care centers or convalescent homes), regardless of our financial compensation; while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.
